Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use CreateComic’s Comic Creation and Portrait Creation experiences.
Using CreateComic
You must provide accurate account information and keep your Google account secure. You may use CreateComic only for lawful purposes and must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, generate illegal or abusive material, or violate another person's privacy or rights.
Photos and instructions
You retain responsibility for everything you upload or ask us to process. When you upload a photo, you confirm that you have permission to use it. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your inputs only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the service. We do not use private portrait projects as public examples, advertising material or training data without separate permission.
AI-generated results
Generated content can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing a result before sharing, publishing or printing it, and for checking that your intended use does not infringe third-party rights. We do not promise that every generation will match an instruction exactly.
Generations
One Generation is used for each completed comic page or portrait version. A Generation is reserved while work runs and is returned automatically if that work fails, is rejected, is cancelled or times out. One lifetime free Generation is shared across Comics and Portraits. Purchased pack Generations do not expire. Subscription Generations reset each billing period and do not roll over.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Polar processes checkout, tax and payment information. Pro renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel through Account settings and retain access until the end of the paid period. Buying a Gift Pack, Generation Pack or Pro from a free portrait preview unlocks that result and grants permanent download ownership for it.
Digital downloads and refunds
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not provide change-of-mind refunds after a clean digital file has been downloaded. If a supplied file is defective or the service fails to deliver what was purchased, contact Support so we can repair, replace or refund it as appropriate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Your creations
Your creations are private to your account. You can delete a portrait project and its saved source photo, versions and exports from its workspace. To request account deletion, contact Support. Deletion may not immediately remove limited records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, billing or legal obligations.
Availability
We may change models, prompts, styles and service features, and current style updates apply to future generations. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk or non-payment. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreateComic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not override mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised date. Questions, defects and account requests can be sent through Support.
